摘要
用二正丙胺为模板剂合成了富Si的SAPO-41分子筛,并采用XRD、XRF、BET、TEM、MASNMR等手段进行物化表征,研究其在临氢异构反应中的催化性能。Pd/SAPO-41催化剂用于正辛烷的临氢异构反应表现出较高的活性和选择性。0.5%的Pd负载量能够保证催化剂上金属活性中心和分子筛上酸性中心的匹配,使得催化剂具有较好的催化性能。由于SAPO-41的孔道对二甲基异构体有较大的扩散阻力,故SAPO-41对单支链异构体的选择性较好。随着温度的提高,正辛烷转化率提高,但是异构选择性下降;在350℃,异构体收率达到最高。
SAPO-41 was synthesized by using dipropylamine as template. The molecular sieve SAPO-41 was characterized by XRD, XRF, BET, TEM, MAS NMR. Hydroconversion of n-octane over Pd/SAPO-41 was studied, in which SAPO-41 showed high activity and isomerization selectivity. To get good catalytic properties, 0.5% Pd load amount was needed, which could keep good balance between metal active sites and acid active sites. Because SAPO-41 channel has great diffusional restriction to dibranched isomers, SAPO-41 shows high selectiviy to monobranched isomers. With temperature rising, conversion of n-octane increased but selectivity of isomerization decreased. Highest yield of isomers was obtained at 350℃.
