摘要
采用改性Y分子筛、无定型硅铝粉体和助剂TiO2粉体与铝凝胶制备载体,经浸渍钨镍金属组分制备出中馏分选择性加氢裂化催化剂,并在小型固定床加氢裂化装置上评价其催化性能。结果表明,较低总酸量和较高L酸比例的Y分子筛有利于提高催化剂的中馏分选择性,并保持较好的活性;在产物(〈370℃馏分油)转化率为60%时,中试定型催化剂HC-670的中馏分(150-370℃馏分油)选择性为68.3%,而同类工业催化剂的中馏分选择性仅为61.8%。
Carriers were prepared with modified Y-zeolite, amorphous silica-alumina powder and TiO2 powder, and hydrocracking catalysts were manufactured through impregnating with Co/Ni solution. Evaluation of the catalytic performance of the catalysts was carried out on a micro-fixed-bed hydrocracking unit. It was found that the Y-zeolite with lower total acid and higher L-acid ratio was beneficial to middle distillate selectivity and better activity. Preformed catalyst HC-670 had 68.3% middle distillate selectivity compared with 61.8% of industrial catalyst when the production conversion was 60%.
