摘要
研究了纳米ZnO在水中和陶瓷釉料中的分散行为,以及其对陶瓷成品性能的影响。采用沉降实验、粒度分析、釉料流变性、陶瓷成品光泽度和烧成温度测试手段,对含纳米ZnO的水溶液、釉料和陶瓷成品进行表征,结果表明,纳米ZnO在水中最佳分散条件为:0.8%(质量分数,下同)混合表面活性剂、2.0%纳米ZnO、pH值为9;在陶‘瓷釉料最佳分散条件为:0.8%混合表面活性剂、4.0%纳米ZnO、pH值为9、陶瓷基釉200ml。以此釉料烧成的陶瓷制品,光泽度提高7.14%,烧成温度降低约15℃。
The dispersion of nano-ZnO in glaze and its effects on chinaware products were investigated, in which sedimentation test, granularity analysis, rheology of glaze, reflet of chinaware and sintering temperature were used to characterize the aqueous and glaze systems with nano-ZnO and properties of chinaware products. The results indicated that the best dispersion conditions of nano-ZnO in aqueous and glaze systems were 2.0% and 4.0% nano- ZnO respectively, 0.8 % mixed surfactants and pH= 9. With the dispersed nano-ZnO glaze, the top-quality sintered chinaware products were prepared, with the reflet increase of 7.14%, the sinter temperature decrease of 15℃.
