Related Supply Chain Management for Resource and Environment Considerations and Implementation Strategies

针对当前的资源与环境问题,提出了关联供应链的概念。关联供应链旨在通过供应链与供应链之间的协作来实现废弃物的再利用,是一种兼顾资源环境绩效和经济绩效的管理模式,分析了关联供应链的特点及其与绿色供应链、循环经济的关系,提出了关联供应链管理的实施策略。

Facing the current problems of environment and resource, the authors bring forward related supply chain （RSC） concept with the purpose of wastes reuse through the cooperation among supply chains. It is an effective management method with economic benefit and environmental efficiency. In this paper, the characteristics of RSC are introduced; the relationships with green supply chain and circulation economy are analyzed. At last, some strategies for RSC implementation are put forward.
