摘要
运用商业生态学的原理,分析我国电子商务建设中存在的问题,探索居于不同生态位的企业开展电子商务建设的途径。电子商务建设不是某一个企业的孤立行为,要充分考虑上下游企业间的关系,形成电子商务生态系统。要充分发挥骨干企业在形成电子商务生态系统中的关键种作用,大量小生位企业的存在是电子商务生态系统健康的标志,要限制进而将主宰型企业转化为骨干型企业。不同生态位的企业应有不同的电子商务建设策略。政府的他组织对电子商务生态系统形成和健康至关重要。
In the perspective of business ecosystem, this article focuses on problems and strategies of E - business constructing for enterprises in different ecological positions. E -business constructing is not every single enterprise's affair, but should be in the full consideration of the whole field; furthermore, a robust E -business ecosystem comes into being. Keystone enterprises play a key role in E -business ecosystem. The existence of a large amount of niches' enterprises is the symbol of a robust E - business ecosystem. Enterprises in different ecological positions have different strategies of E - business construction. Government should also play an important role in E -business ecosystem forming.
