摘要
企业高层团队整合是影响企业发展的关键因素,企业高层成员之间的内耗与冲突已经成为我国企业快速成长与可持续发展的制约瓶颈。为了消除企业高层之间广泛存在的矛盾,实现企业高层团队和谐整合的目标,作者对企业高层团队整合和谐性进行分析,并基于“特征—过程—环境”的“3C”研究范式,深入研究企业高层团队和谐性分析系统的内容、特点以及各层次和谐性的识别标准。
The integration of senior team is one of the key factors influencing business development, The frictions and conflicts among senior team members have been a bottleneck for enterprise's sustainable development. The authors analyze the harmony of senior team in order to eliminate the broad conflicts among them and reach the goal of the harmonious integration of senior business team. This paper studies the contents, characteristics, and standards for identification of harmonious analysis system of senior business team based on the "3C" pattern (character-course-circumstances).
