摘要
香港后海湾干线是港深两地的第4条陆路过境通道,南段工程是其中的一部分,本工程主要以高架桥为主,共有92跨,其中预制梁桥62跨,最大跨度43 m,现浇梁桥30跨,最大跨度80 m。预制桥混凝土箱梁采用短线法预制,利用架桥机和RMD支架法进行安装,介绍2种安装方法的施工工艺、技术特点。
The Hau Hoi Wan Trunk Road, Hong Kong is the 4th land corridor connecting Hong Kong and Shenzhen. The south section as discussed herewith is a part of the Trunk Road- Proiect and is mainly composed of viaducts totally made up of 92 spans, of which 62 spans are precast concrete girders with the longest span 43 m and 30 spans are cast-in-place concrete girders with the longest span 80 m. The concrete box girders of the precast spans of the viaducts are constructed with short-line match method, and erected with overhead launching gantry and RMD scaffoldings. In this paper, the construction technology and technical features of the two kinds of the erection methods for the precast spans are described.
