摘要
研究了不同PbO和MgO质量分数以及不同的热处理温度对SiO2Al2O3MgOLa2O3微晶玻璃系统谐振频率温度系数的影响。结果表明,PbO和MgO质量分数分别为10%和12.3%,温度在850℃下热处理10 h时,样品的谐振频率温度系数为75.
The effects of different contents of MgO and PbO and different methods of heat-treatment on the temperature coefficient of resonate frequency of SiO2 - Al2O3 MgO- La2O3 glass ceramic system were investigated. The results show that the temperature coefficient of resonate frequency is 75. 9 × 10^-6/℃ when heat-treated at 850℃ for 10 h with the mass fraction of PbO and MgO for 10% and 12. 3G respectively.
