摘要
目前现有的条烟纵横转换机是通过下滑道和横向收集机(德国引进技术)配合使用实现纵横转向功能的,但其单道纵横转换能力低(43条/min)、占地面积大、容易造成条烟表面的划伤。新设计的YF82型条烟纵横转换机通过在高空输送轨道间增加垂直输送轨道,将条烟由纵向转换为横向的同时,从高空垂直输送到低空,汇集入装封箱机。该设备已通过样机鉴定,各项技术参数和性能指标均达到设计要求,其单道纵横转换能力达到55条/min,具有占地面积小、对条烟无磨损的特点。
Tobacco carton vertical-cross machine being used at present time uses down-slide tracks and horizontal collectors (imported Germany technology) to realize vertical cross shift. But it has the disadvantages of low shifting efficiency (only 43 cartons/min), large ground occupation, etc. The newly developed vertical-cross machine type YF 82 adds vertical tracks between high conveying tracks and converts the conveying from vertical to horizontal direction. At the same time it transfers the high-altitude conveying to lowaltitude. The machine has been tested to have normal operation and reliable properties. All technical data meet the design targets. The capacity of single track is 55 cartons/min. The machine occupies smaller ground and has no damage to cartons.
