摘要
YP11型装封箱机是广泛应用于卷烟厂的自动化生产中自动装封箱的设备,因YP11型装封箱机原有的堆垛机构已经不能满足多数卷烟厂日益提高的生产能力,对装封箱机堆垛机构进行了改变该机构提升板行程路线的改进设计,在提升板下降时堆垛机构即开始工作,从而使生产能力由原来的4件/min提高到5.5件/min。该机构通过中试验证,运转稳定。
The paper introduces a reform design on the stacking mechanism of case packer type YP11 that is an automatic plant used in tobacco industry at present time with lower efficiency of 4 pieces/min. We redesigned the stroke of elevating boards of the mechanism. When the elevating board descends the stacking mechanism begins to work so as to increase the productivity to 5.5 pieces/min. The mechanism has passed testing with property of smooth operation.
