摘要
为了研究激光冲击强化对黄铜材料性能的影响,利用Nd∶YAG激光器对试样进行冲击强化处理,对其表面硬度、表面形貌、粗糙度和残余应力进行了实验测试和分析对比。实验结果表明,黄铜表面的显微硬度可提高25%左右;材料表面产生的最大残余压应力可高达-200MPa^-250MPa。冲击区域表面质量良好;微观组织未发生明显变化。
In order to study the effect on the properties of laser peened brass, a brass sample is processed with Nd:YAG lasers and its hardness, residual stress, roughness and texture are examined and analyzed. The experimental results show that its hardness can be improved up to 25 % and the compressive residual stress can reach -200MPa - -250MPa. On the other hand, compared with the unshocked area, the surface smoothness and the microstructure have no remarkable change.
