摘要
当前能源对我国经济的约束作用凸现,其本质是经济发展与能源的协调问题,而产业发展与能源的协调是问题的主要方面。本文在充分借鉴国际经验和历史规律的基础上,对我国产业与能源的协调发展问题进行了初步的探讨。研究表明,产业结构的演进方式是影响经济发展对能源依赖程度的关键因素之一,我国应紧密围绕产业结构的优化升级,执行更为强调节能的产业政策和能源政策。
Energy has now become a rigidity limitation to the growth of economy in China. So it is urgent to harmonizing the development between industry and energy. Referring to the international experience and historical trends, this paper makes some primary analysis on the problem of harmonious development of indus- try and energy in China. The main conclusion is that the way to make a change in industrial structure is one of key factors to influence the energy intensity. China needs to imminently optimize the structure of industry based on technology innovation, and execute more powerful industry policy and energy policy with emphasis on energy-saving.
