摘要
内啮合转子压缩机的齿间接触力直接影响到材料的选用、加工的费用,运行的可靠性、啮合的效率等等,目前国内外缺乏相应的计算方法。通过一些合理的假设,采用弹性力学方法,建立了齿间接触力的数学模型,通过选取一定的压缩机结构和运行参数,对齿间接触力和支撑力进行了求解。计算的结果表明,每个外齿在转动一周的情况下将Z2次和内齿之间产生接触力,而且接触力和气体力相比数值很小。研究结果对内啮合压缩机的设计有一定的指导作用。
The contact force of the internal-meshing comprssor between gears directly influences the choice of the material, the cost of the manufacture, the operating reliability, the meshing efficiency and et al. Meanwhile, there is lack of corresponding calculating methods. Several reasonable assumptions and the elastic mechanics were employed to set up the mathematical model of the contact force, The contact force and support force were obtained based on a group of certain structural and operating parameters. The calculating results show the outer gear will impact the inner gear for Z2 times per revolution and the contact force is rather small compared with the gas force. The study presented in this paper could guide the actual design for this type of compressors.
