摘要
电流分配不均匀是具有冗余设计的同步发电机自并励装置的常见问题,通过理论分析确认整流元件正向特性的分散性、电源回路电感的差异、整流元件触发特性的差异以及整流元件与快速熔断器安装固定时接触电阻的差异、整流元件接线布局不同及汇流母线电阻的差异等是引起电流分配不均匀的原因,提出了精选整流元件、改进装置结构、加装平衡电抗器和动态均流等措施,分析论证了动态均流措施的优点。
Current unbalance is a common problem in bus fed static excitation system of synchronous generator with redundant design. The factors led to current unbalance, such as dispersion of positive-direction characteristic of rectifier, difference of inductance in source circuit, difference of trigger characteristic of rectifier, difference of touch resistance when rectifier and fast-fuse are installed, difference of wiring of rectifier, and difference of bus resistance, were analyzed in this paper. The improvements of current sharing, such as careful choosing rectifier, improving structure of the device, adding balance reactor, and dynamically balancing current, were presented and the advantage of dynamic current sharing was analyzed in this paper.
