摘要
采用双因素交叉式遗传交配设计,研究棉花海陆杂交F1代纤维品质性状中亲优势、超亲优势、竞争优势。结果表明:海陆杂交F1代纤维2.5%跨长达33.8~38.411矾、比强度达33.9~41.9CN/tex,有极强的中亲优势、超亲优势和竞争优势;马克隆值比双亲均值稍低。
Mid-parent advantage, super-parent advantage and competitive advantage of fiber quality characters of F1 of Gossypium barbadense and Gossypium hirsutum were studied by using double factors cross type heredity mating design. The results indicated that compared with the check, F1 had higher mid-parent advantage, super-parent advantage and competitive advantage. Fiber length(2.5% span length) and fiber strength were 33.8 -38.4 mm and 33.9 -41.9 CN/tex respectively, and micronaire value of F1 was lower than mean value of father parent and mother parent.
