摘要
通过对两种功率(7.5 kW1、5 kW)离心风机的2台与4台数量组合的通风方式的性能参数进行检测,对风机的风量、全压等方面进行比较,用2台风机通风时的风量、全压值均在风机性能参数范围以内,风机的效能较高;而用4台风机通风时的全压值在性能参数的上限或超过上限,而风量值均比用2台离心风机的明显降低,风量值在性能参数的下限或远低于下限值,风机的效能较差。因此,选用2台风机通风要比用4台风机的合理。
The parameters of two combinations of centrifugal fans 7.5 kW and 15 kW power were tested. The two combinations were two centrifugal fans and four centrifugal fans respectively. The results showed that the wind capacity and full pressure value were within the parameter, the efficiency was high for the combination of two fans while the full pressure value was at or above the upper limit, wind capacity value was obvious low and was at of far below the low limit of the parameter, the effeciency was low for the combination of four fans. So choosing two fans is reasonable than using four fans to ventilate.
