摘要
采用AFS-920型原子荧光光度计进行饲料微量硒的测定。选择最佳的仪器条件,进行样品处理方法及酸度、干扰离子的研究,做了方法的检出限、精密度、加标回收率等方法学的研究。实验结果表明:本方法准确性好,灵敏度高,操作简便,便于推广。
AFS- 920 atomic fluorescence photometer was used for determination of trace selenium in feed. The best condition of the instrument, sample handle methods, acidity, interfering, detectable limit, precision, rate of recovery and so on were selected and researched. The results showed that this method has the merits of good accuracy,high sensitivity, easy to operate and popularize.
