论闻一多《楚辞》研究中的创见

On the New Creativity of Wen Yiduo's "Chuci Research"

闻一多研治中国古典文学,以《楚辞》时间最长,用力最勤,成果最丰。他的研究方法,一方面继承清代朴学大师重考据和训诂的实证传统,扎实地做了扫除文字障碍的工作;另一方面力主创新,从民俗学、宗教学、神话学、社会学,甚至用地理学和戏剧学的视角多层次地研治《楚辞》。这种将“传统和现代相结合”的研究方法,对后来的《楚辞》研究产生了深远的影响。

Wen Yiduo fell in love with ＂Chuci Research＂ in Chinese classical literature. It brought about an abundance of achievements. His research methods, one valued the textual research and criticism, the other put emphasis on creation, Many new standpoints were put forward from angles of folk customs, religion, mythology, society, geography and drama in his ＂Chuci Research＂. His research methods of combining the traditional ways and modem ways have a great influence on the later ＂Chuci Research＂.
