摘要
通过分析在目前大学人力资源管理中普遍存在的激励政策针对性不强、有效激励手段运用不多等问题,认为科学运用激励手段应从理念设计上基于管理对象的“经济人假设”和“事业人假设”,并要促进多种激励手段的交叉与融合,以充分发掘教职员工的内在潜力,提高办学效率与效益。
There commonly exist some problems in modem college human resources management, such as the incentive measures are not pertinent, and the effective incentive measures are not frequently applied. The scientific application of incentive theory is based on the hypothesis of rational-economic man and the hypothesis of rational-career man, and the promotion of the combination of various kinds of incentive measures to work out faculty' s potentialities and to improve the efficiency and benefits of running universities.
