摘要
本文试图将心理史学理论与方法应用到中国教育史的研究中,希望通过对蔡元培在北京大学改革过程中动机和行为的分析与探讨,拓宽中国教育史学研究的视野和思路,扩大中国教育史理解的范围,增强中国教育史研究的生动性。并希望通过这种研究,能对当今中国教育和教育者,提供某些新的启迪。蔡元培提出的培养“大学问”家、树立新的学风和建立民主化、制度化的大学组织等重要观点,对我国目前高等教育改革与发展仍具有很强的借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the Psycho-history theories and methods into the history of Chinese education. Through an analysis of Cai' s motivation and behaviors in his reform on Peking University, it intends to widen the study scope of the history of Chinese education. Many of Cai' s viewpoints, such as fostering schol- ars, developing new academic atmosphere, establishing a democratic and systematic college institutions, and so on, have still benefited the contemporary reforms and development of higher education in China. So it can also provide some inspiration for Chinese education and educators.
