本文介绍了我国企业信息化建设的现状、信息化在企业中发挥的作用及企业信息化建设的特色平台等,指出企业在信息化建设中应注意的问题,同时以中钢集团衡阳有色冶金机械总厂(以下简称衡冶)为例,论述了信息化建设在企业管理中的作用。
