恩平市1996~2004年食物中毒情况 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解恩平市食物中毒的特征,为研究与制定食物中毒的控制策略与措施提供科学依据。方法收集恩平市1996~2004年食物中毒调查报告资料进行分析。结果1996—2004年恩平市共发生26起食物中毒,其中有机磷农药污染蔬菜引起的食物中毒15起,占57.70%;四季豆引起的食物中毒4起,占15.38%。非经营性进餐场所(家庭)18起,占69.23%;食堂6起.占23.07%;餐馆和糕点店各1起,均占3.85%。结论恩平市有机磷污染蔬菜、四季豆加工不当引起食物中毒是主要的食品安全问题,必须采取措施加强食品卫生宣传教育和监督。
