人才对大连现代物流业发展的影响及其对策研究

Research on Impact of Talents to Development of Modern Logistics Industry of Dalian and Tactics

素有“第三利润源泉”之称的物流近几年发展极为迅速,欲成为“东北亚国际物流中心”的大连也对物流给予了高度的重视。但是,由于物流业在我国刚刚起步,因此尚存在着一定的问题。人才是影响大连物流业发展的瓶颈问题之一。本文分析了大连物流业人才需求情况,讨论了目前人才培养的具体情况,并且给出了一定的建议和对策,对大连物流业的发展具有一定的参考价值。

Logistics is always considered as ＂the third profit source＂, which has grown up rapidly. Dalian, who wants to become ＂the international logistics center of northeast Asia＂, also pays much more attention to logistics. But logistics industry is just in the stage of starting in China, it still exists some definite problems. Talented person is one of the bottleneck problems. This paper analyzes the requirement status, discusses the cultivation of talent, and comes up with a certain suggestion and tactics, which will carry a certain reference value to the development of Dalian＇s logistics industry.
