配送中心全面竞争力评价指标体系研究

The Research on Evaluation Index System of the Distribution Center Total Competitiveness

目前对配送中心竞争力的评价指标体系的研究还在讨论之中,本文尝试性的对配送中心竞争力评价指标体系进行初步的探讨,建立了配送中心全面竞争力评价指标体系,并提出利用PDCA方法对指标体系进行持续性的改进。

At present, the evaluation index system of the distribution center total competitiveness （EISDCTC） is not sure. The author researches on the EISDCTC and establishes EISDCTC. At last, the method of PDCA is used for persistent mend on the EISDCTC.
