Being the business enterprise of the market competition main body, must enter with the hour, expand the innovation, basing on the summarizing of practice and innovation, the enterprise must insist on the idea of innovation and manage the innovation and science and technology innovation. This text makes use of the most famous theory of bifurcation in the natural science field nowadays to study the supply chain management that is the most prevalence in the social science field now, beginning from three essential conditions of bifurcation, puts forward the problem that appear in the existing business enterprise supply chain management system, then combining the three conditions of bifurcation phenomenon to think about the new re-engineering project of the business enterprise supply chain management system.
