C57BL/KsJ小鼠的繁殖性能及部分生化指标的测定

Measurement of Reproduction and Blood Index in C57BL/KsJ mice

目的在相对稳定的饲养环境下,观察C57BL/KsJ杂合仔(+/db)小鼠的生长繁殖能力,同时对纯合仔(db/db)、杂合仔(+/db)小鼠进行部分生化指标的测定。方法将20对+/db小鼠饲养在层流柜中,进行繁殖试验,记录胎间隔、产仔数、离乳数,测周重并采血进行血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血胰岛素的测定。结果从6周开始纯合仔与杂合仔小鼠的体重出现了明显的差异(P<0.01),db/db小鼠的体重明显高于+/db小鼠的体重;db/db小鼠的血糖较+/db小鼠明显升高(P<0.01),在19周时db/db小鼠的血糖、血肌酐达高峰,15周时血胰岛素达高峰。结论该小鼠在我科繁育成功,纯合仔表现出Ⅱ型糖尿病的特征,且高血糖已造成肾脏一定程度的损伤。

Objective To observe the growth and fecundity of C57BL/KsJ（ ＋/db） mice under a stable raising condition and blood biochenicals of db/db and ＋/db mice were examined. Methods 20 pairs of ＋/db mice were fed into a cabinet for laminar flow in a close system, breasffed, weaned were recorded. The body weight, plasm glucose, plasm cholesterol, plasm triglyceride, serum creatinine and plasm insulin of diffierent weeks were examined in db/db and ＋/db. Results The body weight after 6 weeks on db/db and ＋/db mice had significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; The glucose of db/db mice increased, the cholesterol, triglyceride and serum creatimine had difference. Conclusion C57BL/KsJ（ ＋/db） mice kept the original fecundity, db/db mice shew feature of 11 diabetes and high glucose had damaged the kigney.
