摘要
采用两种数学模型表征AP粒度分布。讨论了高氯酸铵(AP)粒子质量平均直径(d43)与推进剂燃速的相关性,认为调节d43是实现装药工艺过程燃速控制实用的方法。在多次大型装药过程中,用APd43与BSFφ127发动机燃速相关性来控制全尺寸发动机装药过程燃速均取得了较稳定的结果。
Two mathmatical models are used to characterize particle size distribution of NH4ClO4. The correlativity of the propellant burning rate to the mass average (d4s) is discussed and it is considered that regulating d,a of NH4ClO4 particle for controling burning rate during propellant casting is of practicability.For many times of castings, the correlative functions of the burning rate of BSFφ127 solid motor to d43 of NH4ClO4 are used to control the burning rate of the full-scale solid rocket motor and the stable results are gained.
