The significance of ER、PR and oncogene P_(21) 、P_(53) expressions in males breast cancer

摘要 目的研究雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)及癌基因P21、P53在男性乳腺癌中的表达及与临床分期、病理分级及生存期的关系。方法对33例男性乳腺癌(MBC)组织用免疫组化法进行ER、PR及癌基因P21和P53的检测。结果MBC的ER、PR、P21和P53阳性率分别为57.6%(19/33)、51.5%(17/33)、84.8%(28/33)和34.6%(12/33);男性乳腺增生症的P21和P53均无阳性表达;MBC的ER和PR同时表达率51.5%(17/33);P21和P53同时表达率30.3%(10/33)。结论MBC的ER和PR表达率与其病理分级和生存期有关(分别P<0.01、P<0.05),P21高表达者生存期短,死亡率高。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the ER,PR and P21 ,P53 oncogene positive expression rate and survival life in males with breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical techniques (and double lable method)were determined for ER,PR and oncogene P21 ,P53 in tissue sections of 33 cases in males with breast cancer (MBC). Results The results showed that the positive rates of ER,PR,P21 and P53 expression were 57.6% ( 19/33 ) ,51.5% ( 17/33 ) .84.8% (28/33) and 34.6% ( 12/33 ) in MBC. The positive rates of P21 ,P53 were zero in proliferative diseases of males breast. Conclusions The ER.PR and P21 oneogene positive expression rate are associated with pathological grade and the survival llfe in MBC.
