摘要
目的观察犬急性心肌梗死(AM I)溶栓治疗时血管内皮细胞功能及胰岛素敏感性的变化。方法10条杂种犬制备急性心肌梗死后溶栓再通模型,手术前、开胸后、AM I时及血管再通后0 m in、60 m in、120 m in、180 m in分别采血检测肌酸磷酸激酶MB同功酶(CPK-MB)、一氧化氮(NO)、血糖(PG)、血胰岛素(Ins)和红细胞膜上胰岛素受体(EIR),并计算胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI),观察上述指标的变化。结果当犬急性心肌梗死模型制备成功后,CPK-MB、ISI自然对数绝对值显著升高(P分别<0.05或<0.01),NO和EIR则逐渐下降(P分别<0.01和<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗时出现胰岛素敏感性的下降,可能与体内氧化应激、血管内皮细胞功能受损有关。
Objective To observe the change of vascular endothelial cell function and insulin sensitivity in the dogs with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after thrombolytic treatment. Methods Ten dogs were made as acute myocardial infarction models, then were undergone thrombolytic treatment. Some parameters such as creatine phosphokinase-MB (CPK-MB), nitrogen (NO), erythrocyte insulin receptor (EIR) were determinated and the insulin sensitivity index (ISI) was calculated. Results The serum CPK-MB and ISI increased significantly after the AMI models were made, when the thrombolytic treatment was started ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01, respectively), the plasma NO and EIR decreased gradually ( P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The decrease of insulin sensitivity in AMI maybe related to the oxidative stress and the damage of vascular endothelial function. cells;Insulin;Models,animal
