Providing medical support in military conflict is the special task of military hospital. To win in both bat- tlefield and medical market and upgrade core competence, hospital should develop based on the view of scientific development, insist on the principle of ＂People First＂ and realize continuous development. At the same time, it should develop beyond the routine way, construct harmonious atmosphere, establish subject brand, restore aftereffect of development and improve medical quality.
