摘要
对以马钢作业长岗位资格培训运作模式、运行机制及成效进行了总结分析。对加强和改进的作业长培训工作有着重要意义。
In this paper, the mode and mechanism of Trainingn program of forman in Ma Steel were summarized. It is very importment to improve the training of forman in enterprise.
