Logistics supply chain management in one enterprise is realized through information sharing, technic exchanging and collaborating, resources arranging and effective system of stimulating the value chain with others. So the management integrating will be realized and the benefits will be amplified. In this paper, the importance and necessity of logistics supply chain management in China is firstly stated. It＇s present market, potential and the develop direction of Logistics supply chain management in Chinese iron ＆ steel industry is analyzed. It＇s goal, content, plan and expectation are also discussed.
