In this article, the concept and characteristics of a learning library are described. Starting from the theory of the study type organization, this article simply analyzes the meaning of building learning library, and on the base of this, this article especially puts forward the approaches of building a learning library and the issues that we should pay attention to during the process of building a learning hbrary.
