在经济发展、房地产市场竞争日趋激烈的背景下,房地产企业面临银根土地收紧、理性消费回归的新形势,因此房地产企业的营销显得至关重要。借助对郑州房地产市场营销状况的分析,对提高郑州市房地产企业的营销素质,增强企业的活力和竞争力,健康、稳步地发展房地产业,更好地满足人们生产以及生活的需要,能起到积极的促进作用。
based on the background of economy development and violent competition, the real estate enterprises are facing new situation, which is monetary tightening land and rational consumption. Thus, the real estate business seems to be essential. This paper is intended to improve the marketing performance of real estate enterprises, enhancing the viability and competitiveness of enterprises by discussing the real estate marketing policies in Zhengzhou, promoting the healthy and stable development of real estate industry, and better meeting people' s needs in their production and daily life.
