摘要
为了有效地实现经营目标,民营企业应该借鉴不同的人力资源管理模式,分析企业经营管理中存在的问题,树立“以人为本”的管理理念。同时民营企业要建立科学的人力资源管理制度,健全激励机制,提升企业的经营管理水平。如何对企业员工进行有效的激励,最大限度地调动员工的工作积极性、创造性,已成为企业管理的重要课题之一。
In order to effectively achieve the management goal, the private enterprise sshould profit from the different human resources management pattern, analysis the question of private enterprise management , set up "humanist" management idea. Simultaneously the private enterprise must establish the science human resources management system, perfect excitation mechanism, promote enterprise' s management level. How to effectively excitate the enterprise staffs, maximum limit arouse staff' s work enthusiasm and creativity, has become one of business management important topics
