Review on Protection of Economic Rights of Chinese Ethnic Minorities

我国政府历来重视少数民族人权特别是少数民族经济权利的实现问题。建国以来,中国少数民族经济权利保障水平不断提高。目前,国家不断加大对民族地区的财政转移支付力度,对少数民族的扶贫开发力度也不断加强。同时,少数民族的发展权更是举国关注,新修订的民族区域自治法中增加规定的少数民族获得利益补偿的权利和少数民族的资源权利是其发展权的重要体现。

Chinese government think highly of the realization of human rights of Chinese ethnic minorities all the time, especially economic rights of Chinese ethnic minorities. From the establishment of PRC, the protection level of economic rights of Chinese ethnic minorities has been raised. Now Chinese governmcnt increases financial transformation and allotment, and improves the degree of supporting the poor for Chinese ethnic minorities. At the same time, the development right of Chinese ethnic minorities is concerned by the whole country. The right of owning profits compensation and the resources right of Chinese ethnic minorities is important embodiment of the development right, which is regulated in new regional autonomy law of ethnic minorities.
