摘要
对三维人体表面轮廓进行测量时,CCD摄像机镜头具有一定的景深范围,若拍摄的光栅图像在非聚焦面上,则会造成相位及表面轮廓高度测量的误差.针对这一问题进行了研究,推导、证明了景深与相位测量误差的关系,并利用这一关系,给出了系统允许最大相位误差时所对应的测量范围.
The 3-D measurement system for the contour of human body surface based on FTP method has the problem of depth of field in CCD camera. If the grating image is out of focused-plane, the image will become blurring. The blurred image results in phase measuring error. In order to solve the problem, the relationship between the phase measuring error and the range of depth of field is presented. Using the relationship, the measuring range can be gotten under the permitted max phase measuring error.
