摘要 综述国内外纺织CAD系统中纱线的建模方法和模拟技术.二维纱线建模方法包括参数式建模、手工编辑式建模和真实纱线扫描法建模,能模拟纱线的轮廓、明暗、捻度和毛羽的设计.而三雏纱线建模主要是通过超级椭圆、Bezier曲线、B样条曲线等方法控制纱线截面形状和中心线的走向构造曲面,设计出其外形轮廓光感.文中也对纱线建模技术的未来发展进行了展望. The applications and the studies on building yarns by windows BMP and 3D technique in fabric CAD systems are reviewed. In BMP technique, the simulative contour, shading, twist and hairness can be designed automatically or manually. In 3D technique, various yarns can be built by ( 1 ) controlling the cross-section of the yarn with super-ellipse, Bezier curve or B-spline curve ; (2) controlling the axis of the yarn. The generated curve surface is then decomposed by small planes which are used to calculate the shading of the surface to render the realistic image of the yarns. At last, the perspective of the technique of constructing the 3D yarn model are also discussed.
