摘要
采用模压/烧结工艺制备了PTFE/7075铝合金镶嵌型自润滑复合材料,在往复式摩擦磨损试验机上进行了摩擦磨损试验,用扫描电镜观察了复合材料磨损后的表面形貌,并探究了其磨损机理。结果表明:在试验条件下,稳态后摩擦温度为51℃,摩擦因数为0.087,磨损率为0.38×10-3mm3/(Nm),和非镶嵌型PTFE基复合材料相比,导热性和耐磨性大大提高,而摩擦因数无明显增加;稳定磨损阶段主要表现为粘着磨损,同时伴有轻微磨粒磨损,磨损后期局部呈现疲劳特征。
PTFE/7075 aluminiurn alloy embedded self-lubricating composite was prepared by compression mould/sintering technique. Friction and wear properties of the composite were evaluated in a reciprocating tribometer. To study the worn surfaces, SEM was used. The composite was superior to un-embedded composite in thermal conductivity and wear resistance. In the steady state, friction temperature and wear rate of the composite was 51 ℃ and 0. 38×10^-3 mm^3/(Nm), and its friction coefficient was about 0. 087, only changed slightly. Wear mechanism in the stable wear period was characterized by adhesion and slight abrasion. In the later period, local fatigue appeared.
