摘要
在研究碳、钛和铜对焊缝金属影响的基础上,开发了一种含铜微合金化的高强度高韧性气体保护焊焊丝,并且对焊丝的熔敷和焊缝金属开展了常规力学性能、系列冲击、落锤、动态撕裂和CTOD等试验。结果表明:所研制焊丝的焊缝金属具有优良的低温韧性,且实现了以得到针状铁素体组织为主的设计目标。
Based on the effects of carbon, titanium and copper on the microstructure and mechanical properties of weld metals, a high strength and toughness microalloyed welding wire contained copper for GSAW was developed. A series of test were done, including measurements of conventional mechanical properties, impact energy-temperature, drop-weight, dynamic tear and CTOD. The weld metal showed very good toughness at low temperature, and dominant microstructure of acicular ferrite.
