由于鸡传染性支气管炎病毒极易发生点突变、基因缺失、插入及重组,导致病毒不断产生变异,新的血清型和基因型不断出现,使得实际生产中免疫接种失败的现象不断发生。而鸡感染传染性支气管炎病毒的免疫机制一直是国内外研究的热点之一,它的免疫反应包括非特异性免疫和体液免疫、细胞免疫及黏膜免疫,这些免疫反应相互作用、互相补充,各自发挥着重要作用。文章从机体针对该病毒感染的免疫基础、分子基础和其激发的多种免疫反应等角度阐述了该病毒感染机体的免疫机制。

Infectious bronchitis virus is known to have a high mutation rate of point mutation,gene recombination, gene deficiency and gene insert which induce the virus variation , so different serotypes and genotypes appear frequently and bring on immune failure. Immune mechanism of the virus is one of research hotspots in the world and its immune reactions include nonspecific immune, humoral immunity, cellular immunity and mucosal immunity which affect each other and play an important role respectively. The review summarized immune mechanism from immune foundation,molecular foundation and agitated immune reactions.
