摘要
对某屠宰场150头杂交育肥猪的血液、尿液中的肌酐含量和淀粉酶活性进行了测定。结果表明,所测杂交育肥猪的血清中肌酐含量为110.50μmol/L±20.54μmol/L,淀粉酶活性为258.67 U/L±61.81 U/L;尿液中肌酐的含量为3 094.36μmol/L±397.57μmol/L,淀粉酶活性为196.82 U/L±16.83 U/L;淀粉酶和肌酐比值(CAMS/CCR)为2.72%±1.41%。
Creatinine content and amylase activity were determined in serum and urine of 150 hybrid pigs. The results showed that creatinine content and amylase activity are 110. 50μmol/L±20. 54 μmol/L and 258. 67 U/L ± 61. 81 U/L in blood respectively, creatinine content and amylase activity are 3 094.36 μmol/L±397. 57μmol/L and 196. 82 U/L± 16. 83 U/L in urine respectively, percentage of CAMS/CCR is 2.72%±1.41%.
