白细胞介素18研究概况 被引量：2

摘要 IL-18是一种重要的免疫调节因子,主要由单核巨噬细胞系统的细胞分泌,在结构上属于IL-1家族,在功能上与IL-12相似,且二者有协同效应。IL-18具有多种生物学功能,它不仅可以增强Th1型免疫反应,而且在Th2型免疫反应中也发挥一定的作用,在抗病原微生物感染,抗肿瘤等方面有着潜在的应用前景。在集约化畜禽养殖业中,包括IL-18在内的细胞因子作为天然的免疫调节剂和疫苗佐剂,目前已被公认为是一种可以替代传统疗法的新型免疫调节剂。
