摘要
目的 建立大鼠三叉神经痛模型.方法 SD大鼠36只,随机分为对照组(A)、给药组(B),2组按给药位置(闩上部、闩左下方约2 mm处、闩左下方约4~5 mm处)又各分为3个亚组(各6只);埋管后B组注射青霉素G-K(300×10^3IU/mL,每次10μL),A组注射等量生理盐水,记录三叉神经痛的发作潜伏期与发作次数.结果 B组在闩左下方约2 mm蛛网膜下腔处给药,给药后(80.17±9.37)s发生尖叫、甩头、左后肢抓同侧面等反应,30 min内累计平均发作次数达(111.67±10.25)次,A组及B组其他给药位置未见上述反应.结论 成功建立大鼠三叉神经痛动物模型,为探索三叉神经痛中枢发病机制及针对病因治疗提供理想的动物模型.
Objective To prepare a rat model of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods The thirty-six rats were divided into six groups randomly. Model group 1, model group 2 and model group 3 rats were microinjected penicillin G-K into subarachnoid space at obex, inferiolateral 2 mm from obex, and inferiolateral 4-5 mm from obex respectively. Control group 1, control group 2 and control group 3 rats were microinjected normal saline. The incubation period of trigeminal neuralgia and the number of occurrences were observed. Results The model group 2 rats shrieked, swung their head and scratched their face for (80. 17±9. 37) seconds after microinjected penicillin G-K. The trigeminal neuralgia syndrome occurrences rate was (111.67±10. 25) times in 30 minutes. Conclusion The animal model of trigeminal neuralgia is reproduced by microinject penicillin G-K into subarachnoid space, which provides a foundation for to study central mechanism of trigeminal neuralgia.
