宝钢分公司钢管厂非开挖钻杆线是国内第一条非开挖钻杆线,该项目包括非开挖钻杆生产线、钢管加厚生产线、钢管加厚修磨生产线和钢管焊缝修磨生产线共四奈生产线。由于该生产线的主要设备在钢管厂精整区域具有一定的典型性,通过对非开挖钻杆线主要设备动作规律以及总结非开挖钻杆线设计思想和自动化实现过程的分析,达到掌握钢管厂精整区域任意一条生产线之目的。

The trenchless tube production line in Steel Tubing Plant, Baosteel Branch, is the first one in China, The line includes 4 production lines, such as trenchless tube production line, tube end-up-setting line, tube end-upsetting burnishing line and tube welding point burnishing line, As the main equipments of the four production lines are typical in the plant＇ s finishing zone, the purpose of this article is to master every production line in the finishing area through analyzing the trenchless tube line＇ s main equipment action laws, and summarizing the design idea and implementation process of automation.
