摘要
热轧酸洗板合同余材的控制主要采用事后余材匹配(成品材料挂合同)以减少余材量。由于酸洗板品种规格不断拓展,通过成品匹配消化的余材有限。立足历史数据对热轧酸洗板合同余材产生原因进行深入分析,找出影响合同余材的主要因素有2个:材料申请计划板坯块数控制原则和酸洗工序投料系数。对材料申请计划流程详细分析后提出了板坯申请块数的优化方案,并统计分析了2004年新酸洗机组的合同规格和投料比数据,提出优化投料系数的改进方案,方案实施后,2005年月平均合同余材量较2004年降低484 t,降幅15.9%。
In order to reduce the amount of redundant hot rolled pickled sheet by contract, the redundant sheet is controlled by ex-post matching (finished products are classified based on corresponding contracts). With the constant development of the pickled sheet' s variety and specifications, it is increasingly difficult to find out exact contracts for those finished products to match with. Causes that lead to redundant hot rolled pickled sheets are analyzed on the basis of the historical data. There are two major factors that would give rise to redundant sheet by contract: one is the principle for controlling slab number according to the the application plan and the other is the charging coefficient of the pickling process. After the material application plan was analyzed in detail, the optimization scheme for number of the slab applied was put forward, and the specifications by contract and charging rates of the new pickling unit in 2004 were counted and analyzed, and finally the charging coefficient optimization scheme was put forward. After the scheme had been implemented, the amount of redundant sheets was lowered by 484 tons per month in 2005 compared with that in 2004, a 15.9% drop.
