摘要
宝钢连铸中间包烧嘴为20世纪80年代从日本引进的。由于设计结构不合理,中间包在线烘烤时噪音平均高达93 dB;同时燃烧不充分,造成大量的煤气浪费。经过对原烧嘴内部结构的剖析,在传热计算与数值模拟的基础上,开发出一套低噪音环保节能型中间包烘烤烧嘴。在宝钢一炼钢中间包烘烤装置上的在线运行表明,新型烧嘴噪音降低到81 dB,同时COG耗量降低,烧嘴寿命提高了4倍。
The CC tundish burners were introduced from Japan into Baosteel in 1980s. Because of the unreasonable design structure, the noise made by the burner was as high as 93 dB when it was burning. At the same time, due to the insufficient burning, a great deal of COG was wasted. Through analyzing the inner structure of the original burner, a set of low noise and environment-friendly baking burners for CC tundish have been developed on the basis of the heat transfer calculation and numerical simulation. The burner has been applied in Baosteel No. 1 Steelmaking Plant, and the operation results show that the newly developed burner has not only lowed the noise to 81 dB but also reduced COG energy consumption. Furthermore, it's service life is increased by five times.
