摘要
突触体素(synaptophysin)是突触前囊泡膜上含量最丰富的糖蛋白之一,几乎存在于所有的神经元,是它们的可靠标记物,它与神经递质的释放、突触的可塑性等有密切关系。神经病理痛发生时脊髓突触体素的表达明显增多,这种增多与热痛敏典型症状的变化在时程上相一致,突触体素的上调可能为神经病理痛的机制之一。本文对突触体素及其在神经病理痛中的研究进展作一综述。
Synaptophysin, a presynaptic vesicle protein found in all nerve terminals, is readily detectable by immunocytochemistry and is useful in the identification of axonal nerve terminals and synapses, Upregulation of synaptophysin might play an important role in neurotransmitter release and neuronal plasticity, Synaptophysin is increased in the superficial layers of the dorsal horn during the development of chronic pain. Synaptophysin levels are temporally correlated with thermal hyperalgesia, but not with tactile allodynia. Upregulation of synaptophysin might be one of the mechanisms for neuropathic pain.
