摘要
目的探讨药物丁香酚对鼠的神经行为学的影响及其途径。方法通过嗅觉吸入的给药方法,并以完全摘除嗅球来对照,用水迷宫和自主活动箱分别测定小鼠学习记忆能力和自主活动能力。结果丁香酚给药组的水迷宫潜伏期明显小于空白组的水迷宫潜伏期(P<0·05),而嗅球摘除后给药组与假手术组和模型组的水迷宫潜伏期差异无显著性。结论丁香酚能够通过嗅觉给药的途径改善小鼠的学习记忆功能。
Objective To study the effects and mechanism of eugenol on Kunming mouse's learning and memory through olfaction inhalation. Methods Olfaction inhalation was the medication. The model of removing bilateral olfactory bulb in Kunming mouse was adopted. The water maze and autonomic activities box was used. Results The latency to find the platform of the eugenol medication group decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) , but that of the eugenol medication group after removal of olfactory bulb did not decrease. Conclusion Through olfaction inhalation, eugenol may improve the ability of Kunming mouse's learning and memory.
