摘要
目的运用美学测量软件评价面部轮廓整形手术效果。方法通过定点测量下颌角肥大矫正手术前后照片的面部特征性美学指标,统计学分析手术前后指标的变化情况。结果面部轮廓整形手术后患者下颌角弧度变大,角度变大,下颌角宽指数变小,四组测量指标手术前后数值差异有显著性(P<0·05)。结论计算机辅助的照片测量软件具有准确、快速、省时省力的的优点,因而在临床上有着广阔的运用前景。
Objective To estimate the operative effects of the facial contours cosmetic surgery using a software for esthetics measurement. Methods Aesthetic parameters of the face relating to the prominence of mandibular angle were measured by angel software pre- and post-operations, and then analyzed statistically. Results The preoperative radian of the mandibular angle and the gonion degree were bigger and the zygomatic-frontal indices were smaller than those of the post-operative. There were significant differences in the results of measurement between pre - and post- operations. Conclusion Computer assisted photogrammetric software possesses accurate, fast and time - saving functions and may be used widely in the future.
